What To Expect After Your Landscape Installation
No matter the scale of your project or the nature of your property, we are committed to providing comprehensive landscape maintenance to ensure your new landscape thrives.
Here’s what you can expect once your landscape installation is complete:
- Completion and Walkthrough: Once your landscape project is completed, our experienced landscape account managers will guide you through a detailed walkthrough of the finished work. This step ensures your complete satisfaction and allows us to demonstrate the importance of ongoing maintenance for preserving the beauty and functionality of your new landscape.
- Personalized Maintenance Planning: Understanding that every property is unique, your T. Lake account manager will collaborate with you to identify the ideal maintenance frequency for your landscape, whether it’s a residential or commercial property. This tailored approach considers factors like the types and maturity of your plants, lawn size, and other specific landscape features.
- Service Package Selection: Your account manager will then present our range of maintenance service packages. With their guidance, you’ll be able to choose the package that best aligns with your landscape’s needs and your preferences.
- Scheduling Your Maintenance: After selecting your preferred service package, your account manager will arrange for the maintenance visits to be scheduled. This ensures your landscape receives consistent and proper care, keeping it healthy and vibrant all year round.
Types of Landscape Maintenance Service Packages
To accommodate different property sizes and needs, we offer three landscape maintenance packages: Basic, standard, and premium which are all cleverly based on the frequency level of visits per year.
No matter which package you choose, they all include:
- Regular grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
- Scheduled pruning of shrubs and trees to maintain their health and appearance.
- Pest and disease monitoring for turfgrass and plants.
- Fire ant mound treatment as needed.
- Pre-emergent herbicide application in ornamental beds.
- Comprehensive irrigation system management.
In addition to our maintenance packages, we provide optional programs at an extra cost, including:
Lawn Care Program: This program is available in a four to six-application program and includes soil testing, pre and post-emergent herbicides, fertilizer application, and soil amendments.
Mulch: We recommend you receive two applications per year of pine straw or hardwood mulch in ornamental beds throughout the property, this also includes edging beds before each installation for a crisp finish.
Seasonal Color: We recommend this service for two to four installations per year. This includes seasonal flowers installed in your landscape bed or a seasonal container.
Why Ongoing Landscape Maintenance Matters
We believe that maintaining your landscape is not just an option; it's a necessity. Here's why:
- Your Investment Is Protected: A new landscape looks great, but without regular upkeep, it can quickly lose its appeal. Over time, you might face issues like weeds, misshapen plants, and unattractive outdoor areas.
Regular maintenance stops these problems and saves you money in the long run. Think about it: you wouldn't plant new grass only to let it dry out and die, right? - You Save Yourself Time and Effort: It's a common misconception that landscaping only needs occasional attention. In reality, like any valuable asset, it demands regular care. Tackling landscape maintenance on your own can be challenging amidst a busy schedule.
Plus, proper landscape care involves more than just time—it requires specific know-how. Our professional landscape teams bring expertise in equipment handling, property inspection, and identifying areas needing enhancement. - Your Landscape Thrives Through Every Season: Our landscape teams are experts in tailoring their maintenance approach for each season, especially attuned to Georgia’s unique climate.
They understand the rhythm of the year – ramping up services from spring through fall, focusing on leaf control in December, and applying the right treatments at just the right times, whether it's pre- and post-emergent weed control or tackling winter weeds. This seasonal expertise ensures your landscape thrives all year long.
