The project began when ComSouth Communications, Inc. desired more facilities at the corporate headquarters. A new facility was constructed on the Southeast corner of the property.
To make room for this structure, two existing structures were removed from the Eastern side and the Southern side of the property. The owners wanted large green spaces for outdoor company functions that were surrounded by mass plantings of interesting plants.
T. Lake Environmental Design started the project by cleaning up the constructions and demolition debris and rough grading the work areas. The irrigation system was then installed and the beds were prepared and graded for plant installation. A 16′ x 16′ shelter at the edge of the parking lot and the two facilities was erected. The lawn areas were finished, graded, and sodded with Tifway 419 Bermuda. Lighting was also installed.
