We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the field operations of the company. Responsibilities include coordination between departments, scheduling people and equipment, overseeing purchasing, mechanical shop and estimating.
Management of Account Managers
Management and coordination of the Maintenance Division and Enhancements
P&L responsibility for work unit
Developing departmental budgets
Ensure adequate and proper staffing and headcount
Development of personnel within the department to include training and certifications
Coordination of crew scheduling
Strictly enforce all T.Lake operational safety procedures and policies
Maintain a safe working environment
Approval of all estimates for work in the department
Become liaison between administrative, general management, customer service and field operations
Does performance reviews of direct reports
Manages mechanical shop
Coordinates use of equipment between departments
Allocates people resources between departments for greatest efficiency
