General Description:


The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the office administration
and the administrative staff. Insures that the company is represented professionally via
phone and internet, that Operations is well supported with timely and accurate
information, and that deadlines are met for billing and other functions that are assigned
to the administrative staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Professional communication with clients, vendors, employees and leads
• Support Operations and Sales with timely reports and Client requests
• Management of paperwork flow in the office
• Insures that invoicing and accounts receivable are maintained and administered
on a timely basis
• Prepares employee time for payroll for processing
• Maintains employee, customer and vendor Files
• Maintains schedule of licenses and expiration dates
• Provides administrative support to the business
• Budgets office supplies expense and adheres to departmental budget

Other Responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming calls in a customer friendly manner
• Handling of other administrative duties as assigned by the Owner or President
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• Conducts performance reviews of direct reports
• Maintains a neat and tidy work environment
