We’re looking for landscape installation techs to join our team.

Landscape installation techs build high quality landscapes and hardscapes, irrigation and drainage systems. If you are a craftsman and love diesel fuel and dirt, then you are well-suited for this role. What you'll be doing:
Operate a wide range of riding and handheld power equipment
Perform finish grading
Demolition of existing site features
Install irrigation, drainage and lighting
Plant trees, shrubs and ground covers
Lay sod, by hand and with machines
Install mulch
Install brick and concrete paver patios, drives and walkways
Build retaining walls with a variety of materials
Following all policies and procedures developed by T. Lake Environmental Design
Maintaining professional appearance at all times which includes but is not limited to wearing the company uniform
You must be able to execute the daily work tasks assigned by your foreman, including but not limited to:
Have the strength and stamina to work hard 10 hours a day, four days a week with the possibility of five days and sometimes six (overtime pay applies)
Be able to work in the heat and cold, in temps from freezing to 100 degrees
Be able to dig, bend, squat and move all day
be willing to learn new skills
Take good care of tools and equipment
Operating necessary equipment (including concrete saws, gas and hand pruners, pressure washers, Dingo, Ditch Witch and blowers) safely and properly
Assisting in cleaning and maintaining trucks and equipment on a weekly basis
You must also be able to lift at least 50 pounds repetitively
Any applicant tentatively selected for this position will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment. Appointment to the position will be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
